Ferhat Dinosha is a politician,
diplomat, and long‑time public figure known for his work in advancing
minority rights and representing Montenegro abroad. He served as Minister for
Human and Minority Rights in the Government of Montenegro, where he focused on
issues related to equality, community integration, and inclusion within the
country’s democratic processes.
Dinosha has also been actively involved in Albanian minority
politics in Montenegro; he was a leader of the Democratic Union of Albanians, a
party that represents the interests and voices of Albanian communities in the
country’s political system.
Following his ministerial career, he was appointed
Ambassador of Montenegro to Albania and later became the first Montenegrin
Ambassador to Kosovo, where he worked to strengthen diplomatic relations,
regional cooperation, and friendship between Montenegro and its neighboring
countries.
